As of Fall, 2008, our research shows there is an 8 to 12 month supply of new homes in a price range currently competing with Cross Creek. This is an improvement over this past Spring, but it is still pretty much a buyers market right now. We sold most of our existing Cross Creek spec home inventory in 2007. And our current plan is to wait until our research shows a stronger demand for more product, then continue with our original plan to build and sell more lots, homes, and townhomes. And we've just completed construction on a new one-level Garden Villa, as a spec home, and it has not sold yet. Of course a top priority for us is to have more owners. All Cross Creek HOA members should share in this goal. Each new resident has friends, relatives, and acquaintances who may be excellent ownership prospects, and we are fortunate to continue to see new construction and sales activity even in this slower time. Many area new-home subdivisions are not. And at least as many more have simply come to a stand-still. As we are with all of our market areas, we're committed to delivering an attractive, first quality, well maintained neighborhood, and believe that shows with Cross Creek.
