City of Rogers improvement project for the sewer lift station

updated 02/20/2017 12:52pm

We want to make you aware of the work going on at the City of Rogers sewer lift station located on Cross Creek Blvd across from the playground area that began recently.  The goals of this project, as outlined by the city engineer, are to provide backup power while improving the security, functionality, and aesthetics of the site.  Improvements will include:

·         Asphalt pavement
·         Black vinyl coated chain link fence w/ landscape shrubs
·         Removal of the existing radio tower
·         Addition of backup generator with sound attenuated enclosure
·         Storm water quality / detention basin as required by City Code

They will also install three paved parking spaces in the area for use by our owners who access the athletic field using the recently installed trail the HOA cut through the woods/creek to the backstop.  Expected completion for the project is April 30th.
